Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are documents which contain safety data for the handling of hazardous goods or preparations. MSDS provide the professional user of chemicals with important information in regard to following features: Identity of the product, arising endangering, safe handling and measurements for prevention as well as in case of danger.
The REACH regulation (EG) No. 1907/2006, especially article 31 (requirements of MSDS) in connection with Annex II (guideline fort he preparation of MSDS), determines which data have to given in a MSDS:
