Health & Safety Policy
The health and safety of our employees is of paramount importance. We aim to provide and maintain safe and healthy working conditions, equipment and systems of work for all our employees and to provide them with the necessary information, instruction and training to achieve this aim. Appropriate preventative and protective measures are and will continue to be implemented following the assessment of work-related hazards and the risks associated with them.
Environment Policy
It is the policy of GRAFOX CHEMIE VERTRIEBS-GmbH to consider the impact of its activities on the environment, the health and well being of our employees and the people we have contact with and to minimize their effects where ever possible. To this end we continually review our activities to identify areas where we can reduce waste and save resources, are committed to using technology to work towards a paperless office and encourage all our employees to be aware of the environmental issues and the benefits of saving resources.

Animal Testing Policy
GRAFOX CHEMIE VERTRIEBS-GmbH supports the view that animal testing of cosmetics and toiletries and the ingredients used in their manufacture is no longer acceptable and that alternative methods to demonstrate safety should be used where possible. GRAFOX CHEMIE VERTRIEBS GmbH does not conduct, commission or encourage testing involving animals on any products and we seek to discourage our suppliers from conducting or commissioning animal testing.

The management of GRAFOX CHEMIE VERTRIEBS-GmbH is committed to conform to all requirements of SA 8000 with regards to Child and Forced Labour, Health & Safety, Freedom of Association and Rights to Collective bargaining, Discrimination, Discipline, Working hours and Compensation.
REACh Policy
GRAFOX CHEMIE VERTRIEBS-GmbH has identified all the substances that require pre-registration under REACh (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemical substances) which is the new European Community Regulation on chemicals and their safe use (EC 1907/2006). All these substances have now been pre-registered. We therefore can provide assurance to our customers that all substances supplied to them are REACh compliant.
The objectives of these policies can only be achieved through the support and co-operation of employees and all other persons involved in our business. We recognize the importance of employee involvement and the value of individual consultation.
